Heather Hicks received her Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from the University of West Georgia in 2020. She has 8 years of broad customer service experience in the retail, banking, and veterinary fields. Heather joined the Connally, Jordan & Associates team in 2020 as the firm’s receptionist and made her transition into an administrative role, as she assists with the day-to-day operations at the office and specializes in client relations. When away from the office, Heather enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, dog, two cats, and amazon lilac-crowned parrot.
